You have three options: (1) wait for your quota to reset at the next billing cycle, (2) purchase an Extra Quota Pack to top up immediately as a one-time add-on, or (3) if you have an active Stripe subscription, use "Renew Now" on the Subscription page to immediately start a fresh billing cycle — any unused quota from the current cycle carries over as bonus, so nothing is wasted. Extra quota packs and bonus quota both carry over each month as long as your subscription is active; if your subscription expires, they are frozen and automatically restored when you resubscribe. You can always review completed exams, reports, and past results even when your quota is used up.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new quota takes effect immediately. When downgrading, the change applies at the start of your next billing cycle. Your progress and exam history are always preserved regardless of plan changes.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management page or Stripe Customer Portal. After cancellation, you'll retain full access until the end of your current billing period. As our content is delivered digitally, we encourage you to explore our platform thoroughly before subscribing. 1 mock quota = 1 single-subject exam (e.g. one Maths paper or one Reading paper). A Complete Set contains 3 rounds, and each round has 3 subjects (Maths, Reading, Thinking Skills) — that's 9 exams in total. So with 3 mock quota you can complete 1 full round (3 subject exams), or any 3 individual subject exams of your choice. 1 practice quota = 1 practice session (a targeted set of questions generated by our AI based on your weak areas).

Renew Now immediately ends your current billing cycle and starts a fresh one at full price, so your quota is reset right away. Any quota you haven't consumed yet carries over as bonus quota — nothing is wasted. Two common scenarios: (1) You've used up this month's quota before the cycle ends and want more practice immediately instead of waiting for the reset. (2) Your current billing cycle ends before your exam date, and you want the new cycle to fully cover exam day. Quota rules: your unused mock and practice quota from the current cycle are converted into bonus quota on the new cycle. Bonus quota behaves exactly like an Extra Quota Pack — it never expires as long as your subscription stays active, and it's frozen and restored if your subscription lapses and you resubscribe. Example: you're on OC Pro with 2 mocks and 5 practices left, you click Renew Now — the new cycle starts with the full OC Pro allowance plus +2 bonus mocks and +5 bonus practices. Note: Renew Now is only available for active Stripe-billed subscriptions, not trial subscriptions. It's different from "Cancel Subscription" — cancel lets you use the current period to the end, whereas Renew Now ends the current period immediately in exchange for a fresh cycle.

A Complete Set contains 9 exam papers — 3 papers for each of the 3 subjects (Maths, Reading, Thinking Skills). You need to complete all 9 papers in a set before unlocking the next one. Within each subject, papers unlock sequentially as you complete them and finish any required practice.

For the most realistic exam simulation, we recommend completing tests in one sitting. However, your progress is automatically saved, and if you lose connection or need to close your browser, you can resume from where you left off within the exam time limit.

Tests are automatically scored upon completion. You'll receive an instant report with your score, percentage, and a detailed breakdown by skill area and question type. The diagnostic report helps you understand exactly where you stand and what to focus on next.

After completing a required practice session following an exam, the next paper in that subject becomes available. Your practice results also feed back into the recommendation engine, so future practice sessions become even more targeted to your needs.
