- A trial test is a full rehearsal of the placement test: the same sections, the same question types, the same timing, sat end to end in one go. It exists to answer one question — where does my child actually stand right now, under exam conditions?
- Is it the same as the real OC test format?
- The OC Placement Test has been delivered on computer since 2025, so the format that matters is the on-screen one: timed sections, on-screen navigation, no margin to scribble in. MockStar's trial test runs Reading, Mathematical Reasoning and Thinking Skills in that same computer-based form. The questions are written by our team — they are not reproductions of the real test.
